Former senior UX writer at Amazon. For 5+ years, I worked alongside designers and PMs to create awesome experiences for Fire TV, Echo, and Fire tablet customers.

And as a content strategist for the Design Systems team, I created content patterns that were published in our HIG. These documented patterns, examples, and guidelines make it easier for designers to quickly create on-device content that’s clear, consistent, and concise.

Before joining Amazon, I spent 10 years in-house and in agencies, generating profit through content, writing thousands of words, and meeting the needs of users and business.

I did a lot of B2B work then (loved it!) and learned how to translate technical, complex ideas into language readers could understand and use. I’ve worked healthcare, medical research, agribusiness, SaaS, devices, finance, advertising, and more.
